Dilemmi was founded in 2016 by Emanuele Rossi, a milanese designer and creative director passionate about branding and visual communication. After studying graphic design at the International School Cova in Milan, Emanuele built his career as an independent designer and consultant, collaborating with national and international agencies and developing identity systems, packaging, advertising campaigns, type design, editorial and environmental graphics, layouts, and digital content for various global brands.
He founded Dilemmi in 2016 with a clear vision: to help companies build meaningful, future-oriented brands through design and strategic thinking. What started as a Milan-based studio grew into an international consultancy. By the end of 2024, we had put down roots in Switzerland.
Today we are based in Lavertezzo, in the Locarno region of Ticino, and work with an international network of designers, consultants and creatives. We partner with companies that believe in the power of design to spark progress and create lasting impact. Our mission is to build, evolve, and elevate brands that shape the future—one idea at a time.
